Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support training sessions conducted onsite or virtually.
  • Manage class administration, including attendance, participant engagement, assessments, and training setup.
  • Coordinate training venues, hotels, trainers, and vendors for smooth program delivery.
  • Act as the main contact person for clients, handling training logistics and post-training documentation.
  • Set up and manage training platforms (Zoom, Webex, TPGateway, TMS) and process participant registrations.
  • Ensure training records are accurate and compliant for government funding and grant claims.
  • Support audits, documentation reviews, and other administrative duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in training coordination, training operations, or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with participants, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using digital systems and learning new technologies.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
